This update includes several important new features and improvements that make the reconciliation process more efficient.

We now offer full support for:

  • All Norwegian VAT return types

  • Improved functionality for advance tax deduction

  • Simplified company creation in multiple accounting systems

We’ve also introduced enhancements in VAT reconciliation, performance, and security.

News

Full support for all Norwegian VAT return types

  • Accountflow now supports automatic reconciliation for all VAT return types without any manual configuration in most cases. Users can now view both primary industry and general business reports within the same client, regardless of reporting frequency.

  • Some setups, such as compensation reports and Xledger, still require manual mapping due to specific code usage.

  • See the user guide for more information on linking VAT codes: Koble MVA-koder

Advance tax deduction – manual inclusion/exclusion of transactions

  • Users can now manually include or exclude transactions in the advance tax deduction reconciliation if they are not automatically identified.

Support for more accounting systems

  • Administrators can now independently create Duett, UniMicro, and SAF-T companies in Accountflow without contacting support.

  • Note: Duett keys are not yet validated — make sure the key is correct before saving.

Improved Visma Business NXT support

  • Administrators can now enter their Visma.Net Customer ID directly in the Accountflow organization settings.

  • Support for adding multiple Visma licenses within the same organization setup, separated by commas (e.g., 12345, 45678).

Improvements

Support for start date in A07 reports

  • Accountflow will now only retrieve A07 reports from the specified start date onwards, ensuring more precise reconciliation from the starting period.

  • A07 reports before the start date are removed for better accumulated reconciliation.

  • This applies particularly to PowerOffice customers who begin reconciliation in Accountflow on a date other than January 1st.

Improved VAT auto-reconciliation for Tripletex

User and company group creation

  • It is now possible to create user groups and company groups directly from the respective administration pages.

Fixes

  • A previous security update caused Nordic characters (ÆØÅ) to be stored incorrectly — this has now been fixed.

  • Fixed balance display errors when using an annual company frequency.

  • Various stability and accuracy improvements in VAT reconciliation.

  • Searching with Nordic characters (ÆØÅ) now works correctly.

  • Improved session handling ensures users stay logged in longer in the browser, reducing unnecessary re-logins.
