Step by step: Connect to Xledger
1. Prepare access in Xledger
Before connecting the company to Accountflow, you must set up web service access in Xledger. This is done via the access control and entity information menu options in Xledger.
You need:
Username and password for a user with web service access.
Owner ID for the company (found under Administration > Entity in Xledger).
💡 You must have administrator rights in Xledger to set up the integration. See Xledger’s Help Center or contact their support if you need assistance.
2. Add the company in Accountflow
Go to Company under Settings & Admin in the menu on the left.
Click Add company and select Add other systems from the dropdown menu.
Enter name, organization number, and other details.
Select XLEDGER as the accounting system.
Check Use Xledger organization user if your organization uses the same Xledger user for all companies.
Enter the owner ID in the Entity code field.
Enter the username and password of the Xledger user with web service access.
Click Validate.
When validation is complete and all company details are entered, click Save.
