Step by step: Connect to Tripletex
1. Create an API key in Tripletex
Before activating the integration in Accountflow, you must create an API key in Tripletex. Follow the guide in Tripletex Help Center:
You need the following:
API key
Username (email address of the user the API key is linked to)
2. Add the company in Accountflow
Go to Company under Settings & Admin in the menu on the left.
Click Add company and select Add other systems from the dropdown menu.
3. Enter company information
Company name
Company comment (optional internal note)
Organization number
Period type (e.g., monthly reconciliation)
Start month for the financial year (if deviating)
Start date for reconciliation (controls start of data retrieval including A07 messages)
Responsible user (who will own the reconciliation)
VAT reporting frequency
Company groups (if applicable)
Tick any modules you wish to activate: Payroll, VAT, Assets
4. Validate user key
Select TRIPLETEX as the accounting system.
Paste the API key in the User key field and click Validate.
When all details are filled in and the API key validated, click Save.
💡 You must have administrator rights in Tripletex to create the API key. If you get an error message when logging into Accountflow, double-check that the user has the necessary access level in Tripletex.
