💡 CloudConnector is an application from ConnectMyApps that is installed on the server running the Visma Business database. It gives Accountflow access to retrieve accounting data via a secure connection.
Step by step: Install and set up CloudConnector
1. Install CloudConnector on the server
An IT administrator must install CloudConnector on the server where the Visma Business database is located.
Download the installation file here: https://connectmyapps-public-resources.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/MSQL/New/CloudConnector+for+MSQL.msi
During installation, a CloudConnector key will be created – the key must be copied for use in Accountflow.
💡 You also have to create a database user with read access, and note down username, password, and the name of the database and server.
Step by step: Connect CloudConnector to Accountflow
1. Log in to Accountflow
Go to Company under Settings & Admin in the menu on the left.
Click + Add company.
Select Add other systems from the dropdown menu.
