Before you start
To add a company with Visma Business NXT in Accountflow, the Visma Customer ID must be registered on the organization. This only needs to be done once per organization.
In addition, the following must be in place in Visma Business NXT:
You must have access to the Visma Customer ID.
The integration with Accountflow must be activated.
💡 See Visma's documentation on how to activate the integration here. When prompted for the client key, enter isv_accountflow_app.
If the Visma Customer ID is already registered, you can skip directly to step 1.
If the Visma Customer ID is not registered, this must first be done by our Support team.
Send us a chat message with the following information:
Visma Customer ID.
An example of a client in Visma Business NXT, so we can verify that the ID and client match.
Once this has been confirmed, you can follow the steps below to add companies with Visma Business NXT in Accountflow.
Step by step: Connect to Visma Business NXT
1. Add the company in Accountflow
Go to Company under Settings & Admin in the menu on the left.
Click + Add company.
Select Add Visma Business NXT from the dropdown menu.
2. Enter company information
Select the relevant company from the dropdown menu.
Enter company information:
Company name
Organization number
Period type: For example, monthly reconciliation.
Country
Responsible user: Who will be responsible for the reconciliation.
Company groups: Link to any relevant group(s).
Select any modules you want to activate: Payroll, VAT, Assets.
Select Deviating financial year if the financial year does not start in January.
💡 If you cannot find the client in the dropdown, check that the server integration is correctly set up in Visma Business NXT.
3. Save the setup
When all required fields are filled in and the information looks correct, click Save to create the company as a new Visma Business NXT client.
