Step by step: Activate 2FA in Accountflow
1. Download a 2FA app
You need an app that supports one-time codes, for example:
Google Authenticator
Microsoft Authenticator
Twilio Authy
Duo Mobile
FreeOTP
These apps are available in Google Play and the App Store.
2. Log in and start 2FA setup
When you log in to Accountflow, you will be asked to set up an authenticator.
A QR code will be displayed on the screen.
💡 Do not scan the example in this guide – the QR code must come directly from your own login.
3. Scan the code or enter the key
Open the 2FA app and follow the instructions to scan the QR code.
If you cannot scan, click Unable to scan? to get a one-time key you can enter manually.
4. Enter the one-time code and device name
Enter the 6-digit one-time code from the app.
Give the device a name (e.g. My phone).
Click Submit.
💡 If you want to remove or set up new 2FA later, you can do so under User Settings. Click your name at the top left and follow the link to the Account Center.
