Step by step: Reset password
1. Go to app.accountflow.com
Click Log in. You don’t need to enter your username first.
2. Click “Forgot password?”
Click Forgot password? to continue to the next step.
3. Enter your email address
Enter the email address linked to your Accountflow user.
Click Submit.
4. Open the email from Accountflow
Follow the link in the email.
Double-check that the sender is [email protected] and that the email looks safe before clicking the link.
If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder or wait a few minutes.
5. Create a new password
Enter the new password you want.
The password must include:
At least 8 characters
At least one special character
Both uppercase and lowercase letters
Confirm the password.
Click Submit.
6. Log in with your new password
Go back to app.accountflow.com.
Log in with your new password.
Tip: If you want to change your password or personal information later, you can do so under User administration. Click your name at the top of the menu on the left and follow the link to the Account Center.
