In short
Sometimes a previously approved account may get the status “not approved” and reappear in the account overview. This usually happens if the system has detected changes in the account after it was approved, and therefore revoked the approval as an extra safety measure to avoid discrepancies.
Step by step: Restore approvals
1. Go to the account overview
Go to Account under Reconciliation in the menu on the left.
2. Click “Restore approvals”
At the top of the overview, click the Restore Approvals button.
3. Confirm restore
A window will open with a history of previously approved accounts.
Scroll to the bottom and click Restore approvals to confirm.
💡 You can restore previous approvals without affecting any other information in the account.
